Custom Orders:
Since all jerseys are made-to-order based on your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs unless there is a defect or error in the product.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@menadora.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
